A colleague shared this Simon Sinek video about culture change through via early adaptors and ignoring the middle of the bell-curve when implementing changes. He thought, and I agree, that it has real, tangible connections to implementing AI effectively in schools:
While it challenges conventional approaches to integrating any sort of technology into existing work (certainly made me think about more than a few choices I’ve made in the past…), it made me think about how the patience of late-adopters.
Is there a reward for waiting? Certainly in something like AI there seems to be more change than constants at this point.
